Andy joined the financial services industry in 2000 to try as a Financial Advisor, joining his dad Terry in establishing Gray Financial Ltd. He specialised in the mortgage and protection field initially and extending into pensions and investment portfolios shortly after.

Over the last 20+ yrs, Andy has proven himself to be an exceptional adviser across all areas of the financial sector. His knowledge and client facing approach are second to none, and as our Director and Practice Principle, Andy is ensuring the Gray Financial Ltd is at the forefront of any promotions, initiatives, and developments across the industry.

On a personal level Andy is very much the family man. Himself and his wife Viv have 2 children in Scarlett & George, and free time is often spent enjoying days out together at the coast and countryside, or supporting the kids with their hobbies.

Andy has always had a passion for sport, particularly football. He was a keen player in his youth and is now a dedicated coach of George’s local junior team.

Paul joined us as a Financial adviser in 2021, initially focusing on the mortgage & protection side of the business. He is main point of contact for any clients who require support and advice in these areas.

More recently, he has moved into our wealth management team and actively support our clients needs across a wide range of areas such as, pensions, investments, ISA's and general assets management an ongoing servicing.

Before joining the financial services industry, Paul spent 16 yrs in further education working as a Curriculum Manager at Leeds College of Building, where he oversaw the running of its Timber Trades department and at Kirklees College where he held several roles in both management and lecturing.

Paul’s background was primarily in Construction, and as a bricklayer by trade, he has worked on projects in both Australia and Ireland, as well as here in the UK.

It is in Australia that Paul met his wife Amanda, our Office Manager, and like her he enjoys a busy family life. Together they enjoy the great outdoors and love camping with the kids.

Paul is a keen runner and a lifelong fan of Liverpool FC.

Amanda has been with us since 2005, starting as PA to her father, Terry before becoming our Office Manager in more recent years. Amanda is a key figure within Gray Financial Ltd, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and overseeing our client relations.

Amanda is very much our IT whizz, making sure we all know our way around the various systems and software packages that come with running a comprehensive financial service to our clients!

Like her brother Andy, Amanda enjoys a busy family life, and alongside husband Paul she loves being a mum to her 3 children; Shauna, Isabel and Tiernan. Amanda oversees all of our charitable work through the Openwork Foundation.
